Return & Refund Policy

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products purchased from ITWorks.

Official Warranty

All items sold by ITWorks are covered under official manufacturer warranty. If you receive a defective product or experience a hardware failure within the warranty period, please contact us immediately.

Warranty Claims

To process a warranty claim:

  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue
  • We will coordinate with the manufacturer for repair or replacement

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

Product exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us to discuss.
