Delivery Area

We currently deliver to all areas within Lebanon.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on your location and product availability. Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak periods.

Shipping Cost

Delivery is a flat $5 anywhere in Lebanon. It is added as a separate line at checkout, so the price shown on a product is the price of the product.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the delivery details and estimated delivery time.

Store Pickup

You can collect your order from our store instead of having it delivered — choose Pick up in store at checkout. There is no delivery fee for collection.

Please wait for our WhatsApp confirming your order is ready before coming to the store. Not everything is on the shelf, so an order that has just been placed may not yet be ready to hand over.

For some items we may ask for a deposit to hold them for you.

Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD) - Pay when you receive your order
• Whish Money - Send payment before shipment via the Whish app
