Warranty

All items sold by ITWorks come with official manufacturer warranty. Warranty duration varies by product and brand. Warranty claims must be processed through ITWorks.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are located in Lebanon and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Whish Money. Payment is due upon delivery or before shipment for Whish Money payments.

ITWorks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
