Stem Separation for New Modern Dj'ing The DDJ-REV5's inbuilt compatibility with Serato DJ Pro and rekordbox isn't simply for transferring files between two USB-C-connected laptops. When using Serato DJ Pro, dedicated, backlit pads are meant to allow rapid access to stems from any track, separated by vocals, drums, basses, and melodies. Stems are separated in rekordbox by voices, drums, and a more inclusive instrument category. You may even modify the level and mute individual stems for dynamic, real-time mixing and mash-ups. Deck Move and Dual Deck modes provide even more freedom, with the former allowing for one-button deck movement and the latter letting you to handle both decks on either side simultaneously.
